If it is the data list you are using, then Go to: Insert>Name>Define and in the Names in workbook box type any one word name. Use this formula in the refers to box. Adjust the sheet name and range accordingly: ='yourworksheet'!$A$5:$G$339

This is called countersinking.

Screwdrivers: it is important to choose the correct size and shape head of the screwdriver for each screw, otherwise, you could strip the screw head or slip and scratch the surface that you are working on. They also come in different sizes to match the size of the head of the screw, which in turn reflects the amount of force necessary to drive the screw home.

Pro Tip: you can get quite robust screwdrivers that have interchangeable heads. This is handy when you are working up a ladder or in a confined space without a mate.

Screws: there are two basic types: the traditional wood screw with a shank and the modern drywall and deck screws without. The first type requires pre-drilling but the second type is self-tapping all the way – even self countersinking.

Pro Tip: if you have a lot of them to put in, get a variable speed power drill and a Phillips head screwdriver bit. Use the drill on slow.
